Palmiera Collective is a limited release of 38 four-bedroom villas, each with a private basement, set within the wider Palmiera district.
The developer's collateral states three façade options — Chamfer, Contemporary and Classic — so the streetscape varies while the four-bedroom-with-basement format stays constant across the release. Palmiera 2 and Palmiera 3 continue the district's villa formats as later phases.

Emaar's target is Q4 2027, with the closing instalment falling due in December 2027. It is the first cluster at The Oasis due to complete. Handover here means the date the closing instalment falls due at 100 per cent construction, taken from the cluster's own payment plan. Emaar's dates can change.
What is the Palmiera payment plan?
85/15, with 10% on booking. The last 15% is paid at handover.
How many villas are in Palmiera, and how big are the plots?
