Brokers are briefed first
Emaar runs a briefing with agencies shortly before a release: the cluster, the villa types, the plan and the opening rates. That is usually days ahead, not weeks.
Emaar has released ten phases, 2,335 villas. The masterplan is stated to hold around 7,000 homes. This page is what has come out so far, how a release actually works, and how to be on the list for the next one.
Villa counts and handover targets are Emaar's own, taken from the launch documents. Handover dates move with construction.
| Phase | Bedrooms | Villas | Target handover |
|---|---|---|---|
| Palmiera | 4 and 5 | 265 | December 2027 |
| Mirage | 5 and 6 | 204 | June 2028 |

That is 2,335 villas. Emaar describes the masterplan as around 7,000 homes across 100 million square feet, so the majority of The Oasis is still unreleased. Emaar has not published what the remaining phases will be called, how large they will be, or when they will come out.
Worth understanding before you decide whether registering is useful to you.
Emaar runs a briefing with agencies shortly before a release: the cluster, the villa types, the plan and the opening rates. That is usually days ahead, not weeks.
Units are allocated as the release opens, and popular phases go in hours. Buyers who already know what they want and have funds in place are the ones who get a choice of plot.
Within one phase the villa types repeat. What does not repeat is the plot: its size, what it backs onto, how far it sits from the lagoon and which way the front door faces.
Once a phase sells out the only way in is a resale, at whatever premium the market has put on it. The registered figures on this site show what that premium has actually been.
Registering here does not reserve you a villa, and I would be wary of anyone who says it does.
No agent can allocate a unit before Emaar opens a release, and no agent knows the price before Emaar announces it. What registering does is make the short window between the broker briefing and the release usable, because the conversation about what you want has already happened.
I do not take a deposit to register interest. If someone asks you for a cheque to hold a place in a queue, ask them precisely what it secures and what happens to it if you are not allocated anything.
If the honest answer is that waiting for a resale suits you better, I will say so. The registered sale prices on this site are there so you can judge that for yourself.

Tell me what you are looking for and I will come to you when something matching it is briefed, not every time anything launches.
Costs nothing, commits you to nothing. Or message me on +971 58 588 8803.
Emaar has released ten phases so far, 2,335 villas in total, against the 7,000 or so homes the masterplan is stated to hold. That leaves roughly two thirds of The Oasis still to come. Emaar has not published the names, sizes or dates of those future releases, and anyone telling you otherwise is guessing.
It puts you on my list for the next release, with what you are looking for written down, so that when Emaar briefs brokers I already know whether it suits you. It does not reserve a villa, it does not commit you to anything, and it costs nothing.
No, and nor can anyone else before Emaar announces it. What I can tell you is what the last comparable release opened at and what those villas have since changed hands for on the Land Department register, which is a better guide than a number somebody has invented.
Not with me. Some brokers ask for a cheque to hold a place in a queue. I do not take money to register interest, and I would want to understand exactly what was being promised before you hand a cheque to anyone who does.
Usually days rather than weeks, and allocation on the day is often oversubscribed. That is the whole reason to register in advance: the window between the broker briefing and the release is too short to start the conversation from scratch.
