How the community is laid out.
The Oasis is planned around canals, lagoons, beaches, parks and low-density villa neighbourhoods, with open space and privacy at the centre of the plan.

How many clusters are there at The Oasis by Emaar?
Ten have been launched: Palmiera, Palmiera 2, Palmiera 3, Palmiera Collective, Mirage, Lavita, Address Villas Tierra, Palace Villas Ostra, Marèva and Marèva 2. Each has its own page on this site, with its plot map and plans.
Where is each cluster on the master plan?
The Palmiera districts and Mirage are on the west side, Lavita is central, Address Villas Tierra and Palace Villas Ostra are in the middle, and Marèva and Marèva 2 are on the east side.
Which cluster is handed over first?
Palmiera, with a target handover of Q4 2027. Marèva and Marèva 2 are the latest, with February 2030. These are Emaar's stated targets and can change.
Can I check which way a plot faces?
Yes. The Vastu plan reader has every cluster map with north already set, so you can select a plot and read its facing. The cluster pages also show the sun's path over each map.
Where is The Oasis in Dubai?
