The rest of this site is about one community and stays that way. This page is the exception: it is my live inventory, and that currently includes villas and townhouses in Dubai Hills Estate, Arabian Ranches, Al Furjan and Dubai South alongside anything I hold at The Oasis.
I would rather show you the actual list than curate it into looking like something it is not. If you are here for The Oasis specifically, the cluster guide and the individual cluster pages are the better starting point, and I will tell you honestly when a plot outside The Oasis is the better buy for what you want.
On prices. Asking prices are the seller’s, not a valuation. For what is actually transacting in The Oasis, including the sales that went below what the owner paid, see the latest registered-sales entry.
On availability. Stock moves faster than any feed. Message me before you plan around a specific unit and I will confirm it is still there.
